With regard to "cite your sources" - I'm particularly concerned that when a reference to a source well is noted, then it ought be removed only in exceptional cases.

Furthermore, it would be important to propose how reference to (external) sources best be done. Here I have no particular conviction, although one might think that the wikipedia conversion of external links to numbers-in-brackets is the most intuitive.
