The result of the debate was keep. —Korath (Talk) 04:11, Apr 7, 2005 (UTC)
Apparent vanity/advertisment for some college student's blog. 100,000,000 hits, but I'VE never heard of him — It's got to go. (-: Fawcett5 04:10, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC) You guys are too serious. Lighten up, it was a dumb April Fool's joke. Fawcett5 21:45, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Keep - If we start deleting pages as popular as this one, simply because a few people haven't heard of them, pretty soon Wikipedia will be a very bare place. The whole point of this encyclopedia is to learn about stuff that Encyclopedia Brittanica and other conventional encyclopedias wouldn't even touch on. If Fawcett5 would simply read the website, he would see some of the best humor on the internet! 100,000,000 people can't be wrong! Taylor E.
- Keep - it's Maddox. He's got an Alexa rank of 3800, and will kick your ass. -- Cyrius|✎ 04:44, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Delete everything but this page. We are unworthy of such awesomeness and this project should consist solely of dedication to it. -- Grunt 🇪🇺 04:46, 2005 Apr 1 (UTC)
- Keep. As Napoleon Dynamite would say, "Gosh!" Mike H 04:48, Apr 1, 2005 (UTC)
- Keep. Considering this site is one of the most popular on the Internet, reflection of its status in a Wikipedia article is the least one can do. Proposing to delete it is ridiculous. Bbatsell 05:01, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Keep. This site gets more hits than mcdonalds.com. Proposal to delete is clearly a conspiracy by lumberjack-hating communists. -- FP 05:54, Apr 1, 2005 (UTC)
- Comment - Happy april fool's day, everyone. -- FP 05:57, Apr 1, 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Maddox's awesomeness is too much for a lameass "web encyclopedia" like Wikipedia. Beerath Q. Drynkor
- Delete! Goddamn lumberjacks...Karl Marx 07:00, Apr 1 2005 (UTC)
- I agree with Mr. Beerath that Maddox is just too ****ing awesome for such a stodgy old boring place like this that's so filled with self-referential injo--- wait, this isn't where I thought I was. Never mind. Delete Mo0[talk] 09:37, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Keep. The site is enormously popular. Phobophile 09:38, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Keep, well known --SPUI (talk) 12:43, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Keep, How is this just advertisement for some college students blog? it gets enough hits as it is, just because you've never heard of him doesnt mean it should be deleted, I found out quite a lot more about his site, and links to other sites by reading that article, anyway wouldn't you have already of have to heard of Maddox to search for his site in Wikipedia? Plus its cool that Wikipedia has information on pretty much everything why take it away?
- Keep if proven Best In Universe. Otherwise delete as mistitled or unverifiably titled. This is not due to anti-lumberjack communism (not even socialism), but because the Rosicrucians have decided this for us. TINC. 205.247.102.130 18:27, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
