Peasant Republic?

[edit]

Should we add "Peasant Republic" to the list of Republics? 72.53.87.227 (talk) 12:03, 24 Nov 2023 (UTC)

Chiefdom?

[edit]

Chiefdom is missing, even though it has a wikipedia article.--KimYunmi (talk) 15:26, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Also Chiefdom and a Tribe aren't the same thing: https://laulima.hawaii.edu/access/content/user/millerg/ANTH_151/Anth151Unit2/TribesChiefdoms.html
It's also missing a gerontocracy and something like the Witan system (Mix between monarchy and democracy--but also found in some say, the old Gaya system in South Korea).-- KimYunmi (talk) 18:51, 24 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Countries are linked

[edit]

per MOS:OVERLINK countries should not be linked but they are throughout this article Edward Jocob Philip Smith (talk) 18:44, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

More types of Autocracy

[edit]

There are only 2 types of Autocracy listed and both are forms of dictatorships: "Civillian Dictatorship"(dictatorship) and "Military Dictatorship". I propose adding more prevalent forms of Autocracy such as monarchies and dominant-party systems would be beneficial. In addition, these types of government are already listed in Autocracy but aren't included here. FunnyKenji08 (talk) 00:41, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Ancient Athens?

[edit]

Add Ancient Athens to the examples as it was a direct democracy (as it says in the article on Athenian Democracy). Nvagda (talk) 19:40, 9 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
