time for a serious update and clear up
[edit]this page is a joke, the record has sold around 10 million copies worldwide! you'd have thought its wiki article would be better, over the coming weeks and months I intend to clear it up and make it the best gnr article on here, be cool if you could help — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.103.195.34 (talk) 00:33, 7 January 2012 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Guns n Roses Greatest Hits.jpg
[edit]Image:Guns n Roses Greatest Hits.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:30, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Personnel
[edit]This section is a disaster. Much is the info is incorrect according to the booklets released with the related albums or there are facts written that haven't been verified. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.229.57.146 (talk) 05:10, 23 December 2011 (UTC)
Move To The City?
[edit]Why is it considered a shocker that it was left off the album? Isn't that just subjective taste? I remember tracks like Garden Of Eden and Dead Horse getting much more radio air-play than Move To The City. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.157.105.154 (talk) 06:34, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
Irish sales
[edit]this must be a mistake, gnr can't have sold 800,000 copies in their career in Ireland let alone on this album alone, they are certified X6 Platinum in ireland for greatest hits whichs is 90,000 sales — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.103.195.34 (talk) 14:44, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
Steven Adler?
[edit]It says here on Wikipedia, on the page for Appetite, that Steven Adler co-wrote "Welcome To The Jungle" and "Paradise City". So he needs to get his writing credits added in there. I hope that guy who said he's gonna update this page and make it better remembers to do this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.237.54.49 (talk) 11:43, 14 January 2012 (UTC)
