[edit]looks more like an essay than an encyclopedia article, Dark Half is mentioned nowhere in the first paragraph (clem 19:54, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC))
Cleaned up some
[edit]I've never read this novel, so I don't know any of the story. I based the information off of the original, but the format and style, and switching of character's names, strange "speech" characteristics, and, like the other commentor said, the feel that this was a 9th grade book report essay were annoying enough that I made some minor modifications.
Anyone is free to change for the better, as I added nothing of substance, and only removed the extra. 159.121.130.84 11:03, 19 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Darkhalf.jpg
[edit]Image:Darkhalf.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 01:03, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

Connection with "The Crate"
[edit]Is it really true that Rawlie and Billie DeLesseps are the same characters as in "The Crate", the short story? I haven't read it. In the film Creepshow the characters are named Henry and Wilma Northup. Ellsworth (talk) 01:03, 22 July 2012 (UTC)
Self-referential link
[edit]The hypertext link "Alan Pangborn" returns one to the article on The Dark Half. Search for "Alan Pangborn" redirects to the article on The Dark Half. AP is a character in Needful Things as well as TDH. Not sure how to go about this, or even if anything is needed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Runtape (talk • contribs) 13:18, 26 April 2014 (UTC)
