You have left out his 1963 novel about Napoleon and "Betsey" on St. Helena. The title is "The Last Love" and it is as good as any of his others, which are all fantastic!
Yes, they are all really good novels. Whoever wrote this biography doesn't know Brantford. They said: "He attended high school there as well as the Brantford Collegiate Institute." Well, Brantford Collegiate Institute - commonly known as "B.C.I", IS a high school. In fact, it was the only public high school in the city up until about 1960 when the baby boomers started reaching high school age, and two more high schools were built.
