User talk:MDesigner
Hi and welcome to wikipedia. About Image:Coral snake closeup.jpg did you take this photo yourself? Theresa Knott (The snott rake) 20:27, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)
No I didn't.. I'd like to actually remove it by I don't know how.. MDesigner
- I can remove it for you, but where did you get it from ? (Maybe it's allowed anyway if it's a public domain pic). Btw to sign a comment type four tildes ~~~~ the software will sign and date for you. Theresa Knott (The snott rake) 20:38, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Ahh, thanks for the tip! I got the photo from http://www.sciencenmore.com/scipe.html MDesigner 20:40, Dec 15, 2004 (UTC)
- OK well I've deleted the photo for you, but you might want to email the website owner and ask if he is the copyright owner and if so would he consider releasing the picture under the GFDL. He might say yes. Also please tag your own photos with {{GFDL}} or one of our other wikipedia:copyrights. There is talk of releasing a CD version and a printed version of Wikipedia sometime in the future. Images that aren't tagged with an acceptable copyright notice or can be used under "fair use" won't go in. Theresa Knott (The snott rake) 21:56, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Tail wagging
[edit]I rephrased it after removing it... the whole article is poorly written and a poor-excuse for an encyclopedia article. It's massively POV, and full of editorializations. I'm gonna take a crack at it. No offense to your addition personally, it's just what brought the ARTICLE to my attention. --Dante Alighieri | Talk 21:52, Dec 15, 2004 (UTC)
- Yes, exactly, it does NOT equate with a cat purring. --Dante Alighieri | Talk 22:11, Dec 15, 2004 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Ideal cut dm.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading Image:Ideal cut dm.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
